Overview
Narwhal Finance is a decentralised perpetual trading platform, allowing permission-less trading of crypto and FX pairs with leverage — without KYC, restrictions, or high fees. I served as Lead Front-End Developer, responsible for building the entire front end, managing a team of 3 front-end developers and 3 designers, and aligning product, engineering, and business goals across multiple teams. Despite evolving requirements and constant pivots, we delivered a fully functional MVP in weeks, enabling successful fundraising and rapid community adoption.
Challenge
